U.S.A.F. Pages
After graduating from college and discovering that working for a large
defense contractor was not exactly what I had in mind as the ideal lifestyle, I satisfied
both a boyhood urge to operate flying machines and a sense of patriotism and joined the
U.S. Air Force. While it was not what I had imagined it would be like, it nonetheless was
worth every ounce of the considerable investment I made in it. Although I do not yet have
a scanner to process my pictures, I have been able to start getting a few in the digital
format needed to punctuate this article. I have divided this area into six sections:
