| The following six pictures were taken on an emergency
air drop we flew from the mission site at Nha Trang. This Special Forces
camp had reports of a large enemy build up near by and expected to be
hit at any moment. We were told they could be under attack when we
arrived. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I'm not positive which camp this
was! I believe it was An Loc. Maybe someone can confirm
this. This photo was coming in to the camp. The AC said we'd make one pass to see if we drew any ground fire, then come around and make the drop. |
