| The port facility at Qui Nhon. Although it is hard to discern in this photo because of the cloud shadows, the ship tied up at the pier in the center of the photo was actually sunk by the bad guys. This was a matter of some concern, because, among other things, it contained a large shipment of cigarettes. Things were very tight in the tobacco department at the BX for quite a while after this incident. |
